Ayurveda recommends using plain milk or yoghurt as a face wash. You could add a little chickpea flour (besan) or flour made from green gram (moong dal) and turmeric (haldi) or wild turmeric (amba haldi) to it for a deep cleanse. This ubtan is good for a full body wash as well.
